7. Payment methods
7.1 Payment by credit card
Online credit card payments are made through the STRIPE system. Credit card details are not passed on to the merchant.
Payment by bank card is made through the STRIPE payment service provider.

The total amount to be paid includes all charges. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer at the same time as the payment by credit card, by e-mail confirming the order. When paying by credit card, the payment service provider must be provided with the details of the credit card (card number, expiry year/month, name, security code) to which the payment is made from the bank account assigned. The accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Amex. Please note that not all Maestro and VISA Electron cards issued by banks can be used for online payments. Please contact the bank that issued your card.
7.2 Payment by bank transfer
7.2.1 The order can be paid by bank transfer by selecting this payment method on the Webshop page. Together with the order confirmation email, a request for payment will be sent, which will contain the data required for the transfer: the product(s) and characteristics of the ordered product(s), as well as the bank account number of vlpmanufacturing and the order number (ID), which must be indicated in the communication field.
7.2.2 The Customer shall have 2 working days from the date of sending the request for payment to pay the total amount of the order in full.
7.2.3 The receipt or delivery of the products is possible only after the financial settlement and its processing, the completion of which will be notified by e-mail and/or by phone, SMS.
7.2.4 In case of payment by bank transfer, the company processing the financial transaction:

7.2.5. In the case of company purchases, the company contract on the basis of which the company is registered and the specimen signature or power of attorney are also required for collection. For PostaPoint collection, the delivery point may also ask for ID.
7.3 Other payments
In case of pick-up at a parcel machine, payment can only be made by credit card if the Customer does not choose to pay by prepayment.
7.4. Payment by cash on delivery
7.4.1 It is possible to pay the order by cash on delivery, which may be up to HUF 500.000,- per order (which may vary depending on the method of receipt and is detailed in the terms of delivery).
7.4.2 In the case of cash on delivery, the Customer shall pay the Courier Service (clause 8.2.4) the exact amount of the order, i.e. the purchase price of the ordered product(s) plus the delivery/loading costs, in cash (with the exact amount payable) at the time of delivery of the product. The Courier Service does not accept change, so please always have the exact amount payable ready for collection.
7.4.3 The Courier Service is only entitled to deliver the parcel if the Customer has paid the exact amount of the order in full.
7.4.4. vlpmanufacturing will settle refunds of postal payments, if necessary, by bank transfer within 8 working days of the confirmation of the payment (or by refund at the point of receipt), unless the Customer expressly gives his/her consent to use another method of refund (cash on delivery, voucher). No additional costs will be charged to the Customer as a result of the use of the bank transfer refund method. The Customer may request a refund method other than bank transfer only for products returned at a personal collection point. The Customer must provide his/her bank account number in writing upon request by vlpmanufacturing. vlpmanufacturing shall not be liable for any incorrect or illegible bank account details.
7.5. Other provisions relating to payment
7.5.1 All costs incurred by the Buyer in connection with the payment of the product, such as transaction fees, the cost of transferring money from a foreign bank account or the cost of cash deposit by bank, shall be borne by the Buyer.
7.5.2 When paying for the product in foreign currency, the exact purchase price in Hungarian forint must always be indicated. In the event that the correct amount is not transferred, the order will be suspended. For foreign currency transactions, the current buying rate of Pannon Takarék Bank Zrt. shall be used as the reference rate.
7.5.3. The product remains the property of vlpmanufacturing until the purchase price has been paid in full. If, for whatever reason, the product is still in the possession of the Customer before full payment of the purchase price, the risk of damage to the product shall pass to the Customer, who shall also be fully liable to vlpmanufacturing for any damage caused by him.
8. Methods of receipt
8.1. Personal receipt
8.1.1 For orders placed in the Webshop, vlpmanufacturing can provide a personal pick-up service at the pick-up point at its headquarters at Győzelem utca 3 B., 9012 Győr, Hungary. Customer can pick up the goods at the pick-up point after notification by telephone, after making an appointment by telephone. vlpmanufacturing will enclose the invoice and the warranty letter with the letter. Delivery is only possible on the basis of a web order. The Buyer has 4 days to take delivery, after which the order will be cancelled.
8.1.2 The pick-up point is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is only available for pick-ups on the basis of an order.

8.2. Delivery
8.2.1 VLPManufacturing will deliver the product after sending the order confirmation email or, in the case of payment by bank transfer, after payment of the full purchase price to VLPManufacturing, provided that the product has been assembled in full and that the Customer can make an appointment for delivery within this period. vlpmanufacturing will inform the Buyer of the delivery by e-mail.
8.2.2 Buyer acknowledges that the weights and dimensions of shipments vary depending on the mode of transport, and that in the case of oversized or overweight shipments, vlpmanufacturing will agree this with Buyer prior to delivery.
8.2.3 VLPManufacturing may also, at the Customer’s discretion, if the Customer does not choose to accept the order in person, fulfil the order by the following methods, which may be selected at the time of ordering. Fixed delivery shall be deemed to be any delivery method that is not part of a courier service and is not vlpmanufacturing’s own collection point, such as: Parcel Service, PostalPoint (in the use of these GTCs: Collection Points). vlpmanufacturing will inform the Customer of the delivery by e-mail, who can collect his order the next working day. The invoice and the warranty card will be attached to the acceptance notification letter. You will have 3 days to take delivery after the Postal Notification SMS, after which it will be cancelled.

8.2.4. Courier service
Home (residential or work) parcel delivery is provided nationwide by Magyar Posta Zrt. – MPL Courier Service.

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt (for MPL Business Package and MPL Net Package), the deliverer will contact the addressee by telephone to arrange a time and place for a second delivery attempt or may request to collect the item at a postal service location.

For MPL Business parcels, the maximum weight of items delivered to your door is 40 kg, for MPL Net parcels and MPL Postal parcels, the maximum weight is 20 kg.

8.2.6. Delivery charges and conditions
Delivery of orders placed via the Webshop is subject to a delivery fee depending on the amount of the order and the place of delivery. The applicable delivery charges and conditions form an integral part of these GTC, which the Customer can read in detail by clicking on the link before making a purchase.
vlpmanufacturing has the right to refuse orders for a weight exceeding the maximum weight limit for delivery. vlpmanufacturing has the right to withdraw/cancel the Contract if delivery to the delivery address is not possible for reasons beyond the control of vlpmanufacturing or the Courier Service, or the ParcelService or PostaPont (force majeure). Such force majeure shall be deemed to include, in particular, height restrictions, weight restrictions, icy roads and other access or unloading problems, earthquakes, floods, lightning, fire, windstorms, other severe natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, catastrophes, war, insurrection, revolution, riot, civil war, insurrection, national or large-scale strike (natural impossibility), and – subsequent change in legislation, export or import ban, economic embargo, quarantine measure (legal impossibility).
8.2.6.1. Courier services
8.2.6.1.1.1. vlpmanufacturing delivers exclusively within Hungary.
8.2.6.1.1.2 You will be informed of the expected exact delivery times by vlpmanufacturing and subsequently by the Courier Service before you personally receive and/or dispatch your order.
8.2.6.1.3 If the delivery time indicated in advance is unlikely to be met, vlpmanufacturing will inform you by e-mail in advance, indicating the expected delivery time. If vlpmanufacturing gives such advance notice of a change in the delivery time, the delivery will not be considered late.
8.2.6.1.4 The Customer expressly undertakes to pick up the consignment at the delivery address indicated by him or by another person who can prove that he is entitled to pick up the consignment.
